Premenopause Symptoms

In the time of late premenopause and at the beginning of perimenopause the body loss the ability to keep estrogen hormones in healthy levels as you can see in the following diagram.

As a result from the estrogen flux, the body starts showing changes, which are the premenopause symptoms.

Night sweats: intense sweating during sleep.		Irregular periods: Menstrual periods become unpredictable
Mood swings: your reactions can become unmotivated and unpredictable.		Weight gain: Hormonal changes involve a change in metabolism; that finally leads to weight gain.
Memory lapses: women become eager to forget things, interfering with daily life.
Headaches: Severe episodes of headaches are produced by hormonal imbalance.
Vaginal dryness Loss of the natural moist of the vagina leading to severe discomfort

Most women will experience one of these symptoms at certain point in their lives.
